Samantha Peoples is a Senior Specialist, Total Rewards, North America at Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals and is based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Samantha joined Ipsen Canada in May 2021 as HR Intern where she successfully supported various HR assignments including educating employees on Canada’s benefit programs, supporting day to day requests, and administering the benefit plans. In December 2021, she joined the North American HR People Services team where she provided high quality HR operations support and functional subject matter expertise while remaining the key HR contact for our Canadian colleagues. In May 2024, she joined the North American Compensation and Benefits team where she supports the review of benefits and compensation plans.  Samantha holds a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation from the Human Resources Professional Association. Samantha obtained an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in linguistics from the University of Toronto and a Human Resources Management Postgraduate Certificate from George Brown College. She also spent four years as a Flight Attendant with Air Canada Rouge following her undergrad, before she realized her passion for HR!
